We appreciate your interest in our student accommodation service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation of your reservation. However, it is important to note that the reservation deposit, used for documentation management and securing your spot, is non-refundable. The terms and conditions of our refund policy are detailed below.

Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit:

The reservation deposit, paid at the time of confirming your reservation, is non-refundable.

Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, unfortunately, no refund of the reservation deposit will be issued. Cancellations should be made well in advance. If you intend to cancel your reservation, we recommend doing so before we send you the contract.

Date Modifications: If you need to modify the dates of your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, an additional cost will be incurred for each added day. Furthermore, the reservation deposit will not be transferred or refunded in the case of changes to reservation dates.

Room or Semester Changes: If you decide to change your room choice or the semester in which you will enter the room after confirming your reservation, the original reservation deposit will be retained in the new reservation, subject to availability and approval.

Exceptions: In exceptional cases and at the discretion of Marli House administration, refund requests for the reservation deposit may be considered due to extraordinary circumstances, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

By confirming your reservation in our student accommodation, you agree to the terms and conditions of this non-refundable refund policy. We recommend considering purchasing travel or cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
